Pop-up: Candlelight Yoga + Strength (Northeast) with Ashley H + Jordan

What it is:A Candlelight Yoga warm-up, including an extended Sun A series will be followed with a 25-30 minute all-levels strength effort, with all movement clearly demonstrated and broken down. Class will conclude with a Candlelight Yoga standing and balancing series followed by stretching and cooldown.

*This class will be lightly heated during the yoga warm-up and cooldown and will not be actively heated during the strength series.
