This month, in Tom's class
We move into Anahata, the heart chakra, the bridge between the grounded energy of the first three chakras and the more expansive energy of the upper three. Here, breath, courage, and connection meet. Through backbends and heart-opening postures, we explore the strength it takes to stay open, especially when the practice becomes intense. Drawing from stories of devotion, compassion, and resilience, this class invites us to soften without collapsing and strengthen without closing off. The heart reminds us that openness is not weakness, but a steady kind of courage.
