This semi-silent 60 minute Hot Yoga class is guided with minimal verbal cues, allowing for deeper focus and self-awareness throughout the practice. Each session features curated music built around a unique theme, allowing music to become part of the experience.
What it is: this class will begin with a slow, accessible, and low-intensity style of yoga focusing on relaxation and mindfulness through supported, thoughtful movements and deep breathing. We will then shift into a Sound Bath, which is part meditation + part listening exercise to help calm overstimulated nervous systems. Sound Baths make it easier to enter a deeply relaxed state without complicating how to get there.

This month centers on Vishnu, the preserver, known for maintaining balance through his many avatars and riding into battle on the eagle Garuda. We'll work with eagle variations and hip-opening postures, exploring the balance of contraction and expansion in the body. Stories and mythology will anchor the practice, inviting us to consider what it means to stay steady and composed within each shape.
