What it is: this class will begin with a slow, accessible, and low-intensity style of yoga focusing on relaxation and mindfulness through supported, thoughtful movements and deep breathing. We will then shift into a Sound Bath, which is part meditation + part listening exercise to help calm overstimulated nervous systems. Sound Baths make it easier to enter a deeply relaxed state without complicating how to get there.
