What it is:  Join Tom + Grace for a hands-on inversion workshop focused on building confidence and skill in headstand and handstand postures.

 You'll learn safe and effective entries, alignment + transition tips, and techniques for finding balance and hold time. Plus, drills and progressions to take home or into your regular classes.

 All levels welcome, especially those looking to level up their inversion game with guidance, feedback, and a supportive environment.
