Pop-up: Dance FHIITness with Emily (in studio only)

What it is: a cardio dance-inspired, beat-driven interval training class. You'll learn a general vocabulary of cardio dance steps, followed by a routine that creatively strings these steps together. Class will be punctuated with a variety of bodyweight + light weight/high rep toning intervals, with intentional moments of stillness and breath. Choreography changes at the start of each month, but drop ins are always welcome, any time. No dance experience is necessary!
