What it is: A 75-minute yoga sculpt + barre fusion class welcoming all levels of experience. The class will follow a traditional yoga sculpt sequence with yoga postures and free weights. The barre component infuses repetitive, low-impact, muscle-tension exercises throughout the class with emphasis on form, alignment, core engagement, and muscular endurance. The mind and body are challenged with compound movements using lighter weights and balance. Students will learn to 'embrace the shake' of deep stabilizing muscles and leave feeling sculpted across all major muscle groups.
