What it is: an all-levels heated Vinyasa-style yoga class that matches breath with movement. Some yoga experience is encouraged, but not required.

Root Chakra (Muladhara)
We continue our journey through the Eightfold Path as we enter the fourth limb: Pranayama, the intentional expansion and regulation of life force through the breath. This month begins our exploration of the primary chakras with Muladhara, the root. Through grounding leg work, front splits, and handstand practice, we explore what it means to feel stable before we rise. Drawing from the story of Hanuman’s devotion to Rama and Sita, we reflect on faith, courage, and the strength that comes from deep inner steadiness. Breath anchors us in safety as we build toward expansion. The root teaches us that trust is the foundation for flight.
