Pop-up: Power Yoga + Mother's Day Sound Bath with Jen Le (St. Paul + Livestream)

What it is: an all-levels heated Vinyasa-style yoga class that matches breath with movement. Some yoga experience is encouraged, but not required. This class ends with a Sound Bath, which is part meditation + part listening exercise to help calm overstimulated nervous systems. Sound Baths make it easier to enter a deeply relaxed state without complicating how to get there.

 

This class is held in studio + live-streamed via Zoom, and pre-registration is required. The Zoom link can be found on our website under the OUR CLASSES tab.
