The first Wednesday of every month will be a silent hot yoga class with a themed playlist. This class is very heated, and structured around an abbreviated version of the original 26 Hot Yoga Postures. This specific class will be a silent class, meaning the names of each posture are given by the instructor, and then silently transitioned into and held by the student. Silence allows a deeper connection to each posture.
