Yoga Nidra: Guided Yogic Sleep for Deep Restoration and Inner Transformation

Join us for a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra session, a guided therapeutic relaxation practice performed lying down in Savasana. Often called "yogic sleep," this meditative state bridges the conscious and subconscious, where profound rest, healing, and transformation take place.

In this quiet, inward journey, we release negative thought patterns and plant the seeds of intention (sankalpa), allowing the mind to unwind and the body to fully relax. As we move into stillness, we enter a space of deep awareness—beyond thought, yet fully present.

Through gentle guidance and the withdrawal of the senses (pratyahara), Yoga Nidra supports emotional release, mental clarity, and energetic rebalancing.

Together, we will 'Sleep to Awaken'.

Open to all levels – no yoga or meditation experience required.

How to Prepare:

• Avoid heavy meals 60 minutes before class

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing

• Remove any jewelry that might restrict breathing or comfort

What to Bring:

• A yoga mat

• Water bottle

• Eye covering or blindfold (optional)

• Pillow (optional)

• Blanket (optional)

• Journal (optional)
